Refund /Shipping Policy update as of 10/2021

Delivery times are subject to USPS delivery and thus are NOT guaranteed. Time in transit (once shipped) vary depending on your location. Estimations of delivery times (once shipped) within the US can range from 1-2 days or as much as 3 weeks depending on location, weather, holidays and other factors beyond our control. Please keep your event date in mind when ordering. If ordering for an event that is less than 2 weeks away you may need to upgrade to rush shipping. Please inquire about rush shipping options and item availability if needed sooner than 3 weeks.

USPS failures are not the fault of Memories By Bee or a reflection of our level of dedication to our customers. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure the address is correct BEFORE purchasing or indicate shipping address in the notes box before checking out. MEMORIES BY BEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO BUYER'S ERROR. Refunds will NOT be issued for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, undeliverable locations, closed businesses, packages not picked up from post office, etc.

IF AN ITEM IS UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES OTHER BUYER ERRORS, SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED IN ORDER TO HAVE THE ITEM RESENT.

I take great pride in my work and will work closely with you to meet your satisfaction. Most of the items are customized specifically for you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and I will review your complaint and work with you to come to an agreeable resolution. 

FINALE SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- If the product has been purchased with discounts, the item(s) are not eligible for returns or refunds as they are for clearance.

- Only original priced items will be refunded, unfortunately items on sale will not be refunded.

- Please note that if the product has been purchased with an additional discount (on top of the already discounted price), this already voids the warranty stated above, as it is classified as an clearance item beforehand. Hence, no refunds and returns will be accepted in this case.

TO START A RETURN:

- To start a return, you can contact us at memories4bee@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us (Belgium Warehouse) without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WRONG ORDER DELIVERED:

If your item is incorrect it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery via email (memories4bee@gmail.com) - please note that if it is not reported within the specified time period you will not receive a refund. 

CHARGES:

As a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS:

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. 

Return items must be unworn/unwashed, free of any stains (including makeup), free of pet hair and free of any distinct smells/odors (including perfume or deodorant) with all product tags attached.

If your item is defective it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery via email (memories4bee@gmail.com)

Please note that if a defect is not reported within the specified time period you will not receive a refund.

Exceptions / non refundable item

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Customers have 4 hours to cancel their order if they changed their mind for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders as we dispatch all orders within 4 hours.

If you want to cancel your order we will charge a 6% cancellation fee as payment providers charge this to us to reverse a payment. In order to cover these costs, they will be solely the customer's responsibility.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused by the customer upon delivery and orders that were rendered "undeliverable" by the courier will be subject to a $7.00 handling fee

RETURN SHIPPING

Once we received your initial email request for return, upon approval, you may return your product to the address we will provide via email within 7 days. Unfortunately if 7 days past we are unable to accept the return.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION, WE HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURNED ITEMS IF FAILURE TO DO SO.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable, Signature Required shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
