Shipping Policy as of 4.23.2021

My goal is to provide the best customer service possible. Please be advised there may be a delay during peak times in returning your email by 1-2 business days. 


Processing is 1-7 business days AFTER placing your order.


UPS is the PREFERRED shipping service Memories By Bee is using at the current moment.

UPS Standard shipping service is an estimated 1-3 business days (M-Sat) depending on zip code

*Choosing a faster shipping option at checkout does not mean faster production*

You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.

During checkout you have the option to select USPS. 

I am not responsible if UPS/USPS does not deliver within their estimated delivery times. UPS/USPS does not "guarantee" delivery dates with Standard Shipping. Once the items leave my shop, it is up to the UPS/USPS to deliver. I cannot control any rare, unforeseen shipping issues or delays. Please note the high volume of packages shipped during holiday season may affect the delivery dates with the post office.

Customers are responsible for providing an UPS/USPS verified address that can/will accept a package at checkout. If there are any issues with delivery (incorrect address, post office is unable to deliver, etc) I am not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to me. All shipments include a UPS/USPS tracking number. If an item is returned and needs to be reshipped, we do not cover the additional postage. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the additional postage on any item requiring a reshipment. Please carefully review the shipping address at checkout prior to placing your order.

If your order is damage when you receive it, please contact memories4bee@gmail.com within the first 3 days of receiving your order. Anything after (3) days will be taken at a case by case basis. 

My goal if possible is to file a claim with UPS/USPS to get the funds back to redo your order. 

Production and shipping dates exclude holidays.
